Over one million children go to nursery in the UK and many of these children eat the majority of their meals there. Some 50% eat more meals in daycare than they do at home. So what are we feeding our preschoolers? Schools have received the Jamie Oliver treatment over the last three years, but surprisingly nursery catering remains unregulated.
