is a part-time teacher, freelance journalist, wife and mother to 2 and a half year old Evie. She lives at the top of the North Downs in an area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by woods and fields populated with wild deer. She is passionate about living in harmony with the local environment and spends a lot of time exploring it on long runs, usually while everyone else is asleep.
