Hi all,

Once this snow/ice clears it would be lovely to catch up with you all again. I could host here (depending on numbers) or suggest somewhere local (close to Stratford on Avon). There’s a new big soft play in astwood bank which might be an option as it’s a bit north of here.

Hello, I just wanted to say again what a fantastic time I had with you all and you are even more gorgeous in real life than in computer land!!!
Kate- your yurts are so beautiful, thank you for letting us stay with you and I am quite sure we’ll be back again.

Have email with instructions and directions, send me your email via pm if want it forwarded
Arrival times needed for KM, can we list approx here
Gill, Jacqui, Eden, Teresa and I will be there for opening at 4pm, we are going to be a very snug car of woolly travellers girls, I suggest just a pair of spare drawers, plenty of room for yarn then on way home

I will bring duvet/ sleeping bag for Jacqui, anyone else ?

Have spare slippers, brand new hotel issue if anyone wants me to bring

Am bringing, selection of coffee, tea bags, herbal tea etc ( hotel issue, can you tell n travels a lot )
Some wine, biscuits, jam,will also pick stuff up on route

Meals

Friday - bring & share pot luck

Saturday
Breakfast - bring & share
Lunch - wonder wool baby yipppppeee
Dinner - meal out

Sunday
Breakfast - make, do and mend but make sure the coffee is on
Lunch - at pub
Dinner - snacks r us

Monday - use it up and wear it out

Trips - Saturday wonderwool. Sunday Hay on wye ? Is it far ?

Monday, car ladies with me will need to leave by 10 to get Eden to Worcester for 12 train, we could have look see and lunch there then ?

Heart breakingly, I can’t make it now, no minding contract has happened yet, and I simply can’t afford the diesel, never mind the actual weekend, even if a contract did happen between now and end of April; I have been juggling bills, so they have to take priority. :-(

Really sorry, I was so looking forward to a yarny weekend with you, but perhaps one of you know someone else who could benefit from a yarny weekend with a great bunch of GP mamas.

I’ve managed to night wean Solly, so I am one step closer to being able to have a successful weekend away!

Have people got any thoughts and plans yet? I was thinking personally that I would like to go to wondereool on Saturday, so that I have the option of going on Sunday too if I ‘need’ to . other than that I wondered about a walk maybe in the wye Valley, or we could hire Canadian canoes on the wye. Or just sit and eat cake by the fire!

I also wondered about the possibility of doing a wool school course. They will be up on true website ‘soon’ and normally book up pretty quick.

Any other ideas, thoughts and preferences?

Just thought I’d tell you mamas who are coming on the yurt weekend to Wonder wool that our website is now live at http://www.kitehillyurts.co.UK .It tells you what we provide and what you need to bring etc And there’s lots of lovely photos to get you excited! Might not work on mobiles/tablets - we’re doing a mobile site soon.

South coast meet?

I *really* need a meet-up/boost! Anyone fancy it?

Right now I can do Mondays, some Tuesdays and Wednesday afternoons as long as it’s not too far away (assuming husband comes back with a new car!)

So, anyone up for a meet?

I can cross-post to the Bournemouth AP group and the dorset sling meet group to if we’d like to make it a big one!
