Did anyone watch this? What did you think?

I watched all 4 episodes last night, and wow!

Really interesting, but also very depressing, amazing documentary.

I haven’t watched mondays episode yet, but I agree, very though provoking, though the labour candidate did not do himself any favours as he basically refused to go through what the others did, though Mark Oaten was really great! I thank my lucky stars that I am privileged enough not to have to live like that.

Yes, we watched it.  We found it funny and depressingly realistic in equal measures.

I thought 1 of the MPs was profoundly changed by the experience but it really showed the bubble that MPs live in.  It’s ridiculous to think these extremely wealthy (by most people’s standards) people have generally even an iota of what it’s like to live on or below the national average wage - they haven’t got a bloody clue with their swimming pools, swanky cars and foreign holidays.

The estates were the absolute pits.  Absolute.  I grew up on council estates but none were as fecking awful as the ones shown, which were the worse of the worse.

Very very interesting.

Yes, it was Mark Oaten I was referring to.  The labour guy was *awful* and the conservative woman!!  How did she get to be an MP!  She was idiotic!  Though she had a few revealing moments (for her I mean).
