Have been thinking of you, so much going on and so many changes in such a short period of time.
Are you OK with it?  How is the family adjusting?

And what exactly are you going to do with all of your free time wink
Love and a big hug at this wonderful time of your life smile

Thanks lovely ladies.
We’re all good, it feels the right time, transitions, changes, Springtime .... K is loving school, the new friends, work, pe is a hit as the school has just had a very posh gym with pool added, she has surprised herself, I think with her abilitities and how well she has fitted in, new rountine, and after her year head being unsure where to place her in education standards, thinking “band J” would suit, which sounded very low and had the most support teams attached to it, K is in the top set for all her subjects, she has the chance of trips to Spain and China in the autumn, all good.

I have to tell you, I feel good, really good about these changes, I have loved home edding but for the first time in 8 years not having to think about what we’re doing, where we’re going, are we doing enough, too much, is there something we need to cover, do etc is very freeing and I am discovering bits of myself again.
I have lots of projects planned but not rushing into anything, just enjoying, while O has been at play school, very small, old fashioned village hall affair, I have visited with friends that I hadn’t seen in ages, have a facial booked for next week, yeah, get me a facial lol

I’ve been wondering how K was getting on at her school, glad all has been going well for her and for you - lots of changes but you are sounding very positive about it all, rediscovering things for you. Wow, a facial! How lovely to pamper yourself.

I don’t think anything in life is static, who knows what you will be doing next week, next month, next year ... where your path will take you, maybe you will be following a HE path again when O is older, who knows.  It will probably take the school a while to recognise K’s strengths and abilities but it sounds like she has some fantastic opportunities there, China sounds very cool, wish they had trips like that when I was at school.

Enjoy your pampering next week x
