I would like to incorporate some Waldorf into Ds1(11) week but confused as to what level he is as it’s done in grades , he will be eleven on Monday next and along with the usual subjects i would love him to have a waldorf influence , any advice would be appreciated x

He would be fifth grade, (first is the year they turn seven in), there’s another chart of the years here from A Little Garden Flower you can search on their blog by grades to get some ideas.
