Have eBay seen the error of their ways and started to allow people to sell nappies again?  I have noticed they have some listed - or is it just a matter of time before they're taken down?

You are right, still some being sold (which I think is a good thing) people are buying them, so I guess they are turning a blind eye, the ebay rules still say not to sell used ones though….

There are used nappies being sold on ebay, but I think they're just ignoring the listings, as 'the rules' still say used nappies shouldn't be sold on ebay.

Yes they do only remove listings if they are reported. Personally I think if anyone can get them through they should as it's a travesty they banned the sale of used cloth nappies in the first place. Fair enough there may be perverts out there who get their kicks from sniffing a used nappy but they're as likely to get them from other places as they are on there. Early on when we first looked into cloth ebay was a godsend to newbie users due to the bargains. Now the bargains all seem to be from foreign stores.

why do they have that policy, is it for hygiene reasons then. Surely if its clear they are being sold as second hand whats the problem.

When they first banned them, they classed them as a "fetish" item! >:(
