That’s wonderful news! Congratulations to Jenny and her family!
And how fantastic that they both got the opportunity for a few of those labour hormones too!
Best Wishes to you all.

That’s wonderful.  Both mine were prem - dd at 34weeks and ds at 36weeks and both are now completely well and healthy and lovely despite their prematurity and related issues (please pass that on to her as I had no idea about prem babies and was terrified with my first as they seem so tiny).  If it would help to pm me later about prem babies, then I’d be happy.

Congrats
Tanya

I just wanted to say a big thank you from DH, myself and baby Eva for all your lovely kind words - your support and love is over-whelming.  Eva is now putting on weight (although she is getting fairly attached to her syringes of breast-milk smile - we’ve gone from being barely able to get 5ml into her in one feeding session to 55ml in a session in just under a week, so we’re now in the phase of teaching her (and me to be fair) how to breast-feed - but we’re getting there.

We’re also sleeping with her skin-to-skin every night at the moment to keep her body temp up which is lovely and are thoroughly enjoying her (Uma - I have a feeling the co-sleeping cot we bought off you will only start to get used in a few months time).

My Sis has naturally been really great - the first night, she came round and put the house in a semblance of order so that we would know where to find everything when we actually needed it - she’s been a god-send and has got us organised from the word ‘go’ - I seriously under-estimated how organised we would have to be so it has been a good lesson.

Time to go back to bed now - DH and Eva are sleeping skin-to-skin so I think it is my turn now smile

Much love to all - Have a lovely weekend x
