Girasol Earthy Rainbow. I also had a Storchenwiege Inka, but it was the 5.6m one, and hugely too long (blame my lack of patience!), so I ended up having it converted by Fay at Opitai Baby into a mei tai-style carrier. :o) I am officially Not Looking At Woven Wraps any more, as I think there probably ought to be limits…!

I should say my Nannie Cool one, which I do *love*, and are much cheaper than others, but right now it’s my Didymos. It’s just gone *so* soft. I’m sure the Nannie Cool one willsoften with use - it already has, but I’ve had the Didy longer, so obviously it is softer…..

Hi, I have an elleroo and it was really great when me littleones were small as it fitted my husband too (we must have had a long one). I’m thinking about making it into something now as it holds too many memories to pass on. Not sure what tho!

Great thread, hungry carterpillar. Thanks. I just got my first wrap sling the other week… it’s a Didymos. So wonderful, can’t wait to use it… when the baby arrives sometimes in the not very distant future (currently 33 weeks pregnant!). I’m planning to order a few more colours in the next few weeks. I have the green with cream, and planning to get the rainbow one, and maybe a brown one. I’m sure a few others will folllow as I could see myself getting addicted to them. We’re planning to exclusively babywear, so, I guess, we’ll need lots of wraps; well, that’s my excuse… I carried my friends’ little ones a few times, and simply loved it. In our town, we have a sling meet once a month, where you can borrow different styles to try on before you would commit to one style. I might get a DidyTai as well.

Anyway, I’m curious to see what others are using, maybe get a few more ideas. Warm winter hugs, Bianca

That’s a really tough one but I think my Ellevill Jade Mauve is my favorite.  I got slightly addicted to FSOT on Natural Mamas and have a ridiculous ‘stash’ now!

Didymos Hemp is our favourite, so soft and snuggly but supportive enough to lug a toddler around too smile

We have a Didymos and we love, love, love it.  They are pricey, it’s true, but we’ve been using ours for 2.5 years so far and it’s still in excellent condition—Ru will probably be able to use it for her own babies.
