Didn’t end up doing anything I planned as I started with stomach ache so had a real lazy day all together and stripped the dog instead.

We went to a children’s orchestral concert which was fabulous, we enjoyed sitting with our hotchpotch group of 25 home edders looking at all the little schoolkids in their uniforms, swathes of green, blue and red sweaters!  Who knows what they thought of us!  The children are now making their own “Mole Hall” in the lounge with blankets and cushions and I am sat by the fire waiting for them to come in for our readaloud books!  No hurry kids, it’s nice and warm here wink

She is a border terrier and it is a method of grooming them, instead of clipping them you strip them.  It is basically like pulling all the topcoat out by hand, a cross between waxing and plucking.  It sounds really cruel but it isn’t really.  She never bothers about it and if she was to be clipped it would ruin her coat.

A belated Happy Birthday Dormouse! I hope you had a lovely day yesterday!

I was going to write this last night, and then something happened and I only remembered this morning, so here goes.

Love, SunshineXXX
