Where to get good supportive nursing bras from?

I normally get my bras from M&S because I wear dodgey sizes! (I am a 34E which is pretty difficult to find in most shops). However, since being pg I have gone up to a 36E. I don’t “do” getting measured as I don’t see the point. I have been in the past and it makes no difference as it’s the style and brand of bra that fits rather than a specific size. So I tend to grab a handful of bras and test them out myself.

Being 35wks pg I intend to shop online for my nursing bras so I don’t have to get even more sweaty and uncomfortable trying them on in the shop changing room!

However, I have just gone to M&S online and they only have 3 nursing bras and they are “light support” which won’t do for me at all!! I need a good proper firm support one.

Any recommendations (preferably not costing the earth! I tend to get 2 for £25 or similar from M&S pre pregnancy) so £30 for 2 would be my max really. (Gulp! How I wish I could fit into Asda cheapies!)

Thanks in advance! x x

I’ve got some in the sale on my website?  I can also have a rummage in the boxes incase I have any end of line ones or samples in that size that I can do cheaper.

There is also a guide to getting the right fit. http://www.cariadmam.co.uk/content/bra-fitting You may find a 34F fits better than a 36E once baby has arrived and your ribcage goes back down. (34F is the same size in the cup as a 36E)

I can recommend the hotmilk ones - I just got a couple (one from Emma’s website in fact and I can thoroughly recommend her fitting guide and customer service too smile ) but back to the bras- they are soooo comfy and supportive. I think I have clearly been wearing the wrong size for the last few years! They aren’t the cheapest bras but if you find them in the sale they are definitely worth it and they have loads of back fittings so easy to adjust as your shape changes. I find nursing bras with the a-frame support best as they contain you more. Oh and I did the down a back size up a cup size thing on Emma’s advice and the fit was so much better so it does work. I can second HOtmilk bras, they are honestly the most comfy bras I have ever worn.  I actually miss them now I am not nursing anymore!

I actually have 3 still sitting here, 2 x 34FF and 1 x 36F.  PM me if you are interested in trying them or buying them
