Morning! I’ve been subscribing to GP for a while but have only just decided to join the forums! Am looking forward to speaking to/meeting other like minded parents My husband and I have three boys aged 8 years, 27 months and 14 months. I have always been a working mum but I am just about to embark on becoming a full time stay-at-home mother which is both exciting and very scary!!! I have a range of interests of which I’m very novice at all of them! Sewing, cooking and baking, gardening… We love the great outdoors and try to go camping as much as possible! My babies go to the local(ish) Steiner Parent and Toddler group of which I am a massive fan…I’m hoping that they’ll be able to go to kindergarten and eventually school there but we’ll have to see about that one. 14 so apart from maternity leave I’ve never been off work for a long period of time! I imagine it will just be for a few years but we’ll see how it goes. Ever since I’ve had children (my eldest is 8) I’ve wanted to be a sahm but it wasn’t possible, at least we thought not but now circumstance has almost forced us into it but I think it’s definitely for the best xxx
Just back off holidays A fellow Brummie We are in Sutton Coldfield but hopefully moving to Brownhills soon (our house is sold, just going through all the legal stuff). We home educate our 6yo, 4.5yo and 17 month old. Hope to meet you soon seeing as we are so nearby
