Asking on behalf of a friend who is looking something her dd has asked for her birthday, she is very specific lol smile

So does anyone know or have any ideas for ‘fairies that are hard but have moving arms and legs so she can play with them and a fairy chariot’

We were chatting and thinking maybe Barbie type dolls dressed up would be ok so also links or advice of where to find doll fairy clothes might work.

Feel free to put yourself up if you feel you can make this, my friend is a bit stuck!

Thank you

When I was a child I had “flower fairies”, which were about half the size of barbies with movable arms and legs and a hole in the back for wings!

They also had carriages and houses. They are available on eBay, but are quite collectable now, so can be quite expensive. She might get lucky and find some unboxed ones though.

Not ‘pretty’ fairies but have you looked at the playmobil range? They are the only ones I can think of.

Oh wow. I forgot about flower fairies. Phoebe would love those. You know what else were cool (in an 80s plastic fantastic sort of way) - Moondreamers! I loved mine.

Other ideas - budkins are little wooden dolls house dolls and some are fairies. Very cute. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Budkins-BK908-Truth-Fairies-Set/dp/B004WJC3YG/ref=sr_1_1?s=kids&ie=UTF8&qid=1336504918&sr=1-1  Think these are the ones Lottian mentioned actually. smile

and yes Playmobil do fairies - we have the multiset where a girl can be a princess, fairy, bridesmaid or ‘damsel’. They have quite a few available on amazon. smile
