My MIL spent 40 years making a large hexagonal patchwork bedspread. On her death it remained unfinished. We love it, it’s a bit tasteless but we love it - bits of my OH’s childhood clothes and curtains patched together.
I’ve been meaning for some years to get it properly finished off - needs the loose ends neatening, bordering, padding and backing.
This is a heirloom piece for our family so I’m looking for someone who can do a good job in finishing it off to a high standard and will pay sensibly for the work and materials. I’d like to get it done by my OH’s birthday in September.
