Hello!

Unfortunately, due to a few families dropping out at the last minute we don’t have enough money to cover the marquee. I can’t cancel the marquee at this late stage so my only option left is to ask everyone for more money. I am really sorry, it is £10 more. If I dropped out of something at the last minute, I would expect to “lose my deposit” - maybe the families who have dropped out would be happy to pay a cancelation fee to cover the marquee? Just a thought as someone who doesn’t have s vested interest either way….!

Unfortunately to cover the marquee I need the whole amount from 14 families, even not refunding deposits wouldn’t cover it.
