oh wow! Even more synchronicity, have been looking for a blog just like this one! Have also bookmarked it, had a lot of fresh air today and feel like going to bed early with a good book, but will definately be looking over that blog and making her recipes, I’ve loads of Quinoa too - thank you!

I’m substituting lemon juice for orange juice today as I have a green lentil recipe where this works very well - I’m also going to add some orange zest and some cashews ... considered some chopped dates for a slight sweetness too.

Bluebell Finn - have you tried the crystal deodorant yet?  For me they have been a complete miracle.
