Rice cakes spread with hummus/soft cheese/marmite or a combination of all three and then sprinkled with sprouted seeds - all time fave snack here. Even DH loves them and he is a real chocoholic, he has to have at least 1 bar a day!
Or sprouted seeds mixed with spinach/rocket/green leaves and pomegranate seeds - again extra yummy.
Or pitted dates with a pecan stuffed inside - better than chocolate according to one of my littlies.
Or plain yoghurt with chopped walnuts or pecans and raisins or sultanas, and a drizzle of your choice of sweetener - honey the choice of the littlies, chopped banana for me.
That’s our past couple of days snacks but I’m sure I can get back with more if no-one else does…...
Oh almost forgot MamaUK’s wonderful raw fruit, nut and cocoa brownie - the best I have ever tasted, I’ll post it later if Claire doesn’t see this thread and post first
