And I’m only 6 weeks, is this normal?  I fall asleep every time i sit down, struggle to do anything that involves any energy or concentration, despite having a good night’s sleep!  I feel a wreck!  Anyone else have this?

Yes, exactly that. With Grace i would get home from work and go straight to bed, pretty much. Husband would wake me up with dinner and then I’d go back to sleep again. With Jude I just fell asleep everywhere and anywhere - could barely keep my eyes open. It passed by about 12-14 weeks. Don’t forget, right now you re actually *making* a baby, not just growing it - that’s going to take some energy!

Yes! I am pregnant with No.3 and in the weeks between 5 and 12 I could have slept most of the time even if I had a good solid night sleep. It will ease off and your energy will come back. Try to rest as much as you can x

Yes, I do remember that.  If you need sleep have it!  Get plenty of rest.

Yup, completely normal. It’s hard work making a baby! I’m 12 weeks now and have been shattered since about 6 weeks. Just rest as much as you can with other littlies to look after. xx

nice to know its not just me then!  DH reckons its psychosymatic cause we only found out a week ago!  Good to know it passes, but worried it will be lasting into my first few weeks back at uni - won’t be any time to rest/nap then!  Ah well, nothing for it but to curl up on the sofa with a blanket, cup of tea and my crochet! lol
