Hi Folks,

I thought this might get your attention  ;D

Every Friday, dd is allowed to have something from her 'Friday box'. In there are chocolate bars, licorice and crisps. All of these are organic, fairtrade, no additives etc.

However, she likes variety and I'm struggling to find things. Apart from the 35g bars of Green and blacks I just don't seem to be able to find any other chocolate that I would feel happy with her eating. I don't want to put the large 100g bars in there otherwise she will negotiate with me as to how much she can eat LOL!

Do any of you know where I can get some organic / fair trade chocolate bars that are snack sized?

TIA Starchild x

Not sure about snack sized chocolate but when I was on goodness direct website the other day they had a huge selection of treat type things which were healthier or organic/fairtrade.  Might be worth looking at them.  I was really pleased with the order I put in as I managed to get all our healthfoody supplies (local healthfood shop has just closed) and because I made order up to £35 with some essential oils etc there is no postage charge!

Have you checked out the Divine range? I the Divine Dubble is a crispy puffed rice bar coated with choclate and pretty yummy plus fair trade. What about chocolate coated nuts of some kind? They're usually available in health food shops too.

Have you tried the Biona range they do cola bottles, pineapple chunks and more. They come in quite big bags, so you could decant them into smaller ones. There also all organic and all are veggie with some being vegan.

We have a new tiny Marks and Spencer's opened in our town and I'm sure I've seen organic chocolate buttons in there.

Thank you all for the suggestions. I just spent ages looking on the Goodness Direct site and it will be a great place to try individual bars out to see what dd likes. They have quite a lot on there of the small sized bars - yipee!

This has been fabulous - thank you all so much!
