We begin this week in the shadows with an extended dark moon. The call to rest will be strong and this Monday morning it may feel harder than normal to motivate yourself to get up and out. Listen to your body and see if you can find windows in your day and the week ahead to pause and be still.
We may want and need extra hours in each day, but a restorative pause can be as long as a breath taken with full awareness. It can be the tea you have alone in the quiet or the moments before sleep when you allow your body to sink into the soft covers and deliberately release the tension from your muscles. Find what works for you.
