Take a moment to stare into your own eyes. See the determination and self-belief reflected there. The maiden in you has so much she wants to do and experience, and she has the energy and focus to make it happen if you give her the space she needs.
Allowing ourselves the room to feel into what we want for ourselves can often feel self-indulgent but just as we were told to sleep when the baby sleeps, meeting our needs first and prioritising them, enables us to better meet the needs of those around us.
