This is the phase of PMS as the enchantress uses every tool as her disposal to be heard.
The Mother’s need to say yes to everyone and everything can leave us overcommitted and feeling a little resentful. All too often we forget our own needs and the enchantress rushes in, easily fed up if she feels people’s expectations and appreciation not equally balanced. Soothe her by listening to her before she has to shout to get your attention. Put healthy boundaries in place around your time and prioritise your own needs. The more you show others you value your time, the easier they will find it to do the same. The Enchantress is your greatest advocate and protector but possibly not the best communicator!
