Both of these events focus our awareness on the beauty and abundance present in our lives. This is the energy of the flourishing earth mother and gives rise to a feeling of appreciation for the circles we exist within, from the smallest one of our immediate family to the wider global community.
It is a week to honour all that we have gathered in. All that you have done, achieved, and survived in the last year. A time of reflection and genuine gratitude to yourself and all those who have helped and supported you. Allow yourself time to really love who you are, let tomorrow take care of itself for one week, and really see the amazing person in the mirror.
