There could be no better time for a week of full moon energy than on the summer solstice!
A time of celebrating the light within as well as without, and for the potential that vibrates through each of us. All around us is the lush bounty of the natural world and as we surround ourselves with those that we love, the mother phase energy enables us to radiate outward our joy, nurturing all those we care for.
While the sunlight of the day and the moonlight of the night shine so brightly be careful not to get burnt by overextending yourself and saying yes to more than you should. The challenge of the mother is to care for herself as much as others, and after such a long period of restriction and distance, the rush to re-join may be intoxicating. Celebrate on every level while maintaining contact with your body’s wisdom of how much is enough for you.
