With the earth in peak spring energy this week and the first quarter arriving on Thursday, this week is a double dose of spring, and depending on where you are personally you might have all three landing at once and be feeling like the twirling maiden.
With two helpings of this energy, we will all be feeling the strong urging of the maiden trying to pull us back to life early this week. We will find it easier to get caught up in her youthful enthusiasm and excitement for all the possibilities of life. The desire to move your body, open all the windows and embrace change will be the current we are swimming in, but the maiden always needs to be reminded to slow down a second and look before she leaps to make sure the path ahead is a safe one.
Make time to take notes throughout your week, catch as many of the spring energy ideas as you can, while reassuring yourself that you don’t have to act on any of them today. Droplets of rain in a light shower can feel fun and refreshing but, in a deluge, they can quickly overwhelm and feel like drowning. If all you need do is take notice of the new places your attention and focus are being pulled towards, that will be enough to begin making plans which in time can grow into something more. You do not have to do it all.
