As the weather begins to draw in so do we. This phase is very much an in-breath after the outward mother energy. It is a return to yourself and your needs.
It can be easy to feel overwhelmed by the many demands we feel are placed on us, our worries about those we love, and a desire to help and support the people we care about most. That overwhelm can quickly turn to resentment and a feeling of being unappreciated.
This week take a look at your schedule and see what needs to be done versus what you want to get done. Is there time carved out just for you and your needs? Why wait for others to meet them, when if you listen to yourself and your body you can nourish and care for yourself? Set an example by holding and maintaining your boundaries, it will make them easy to see and respect.
