The autumn enchantress is a powerful critic, and that can be a blessing or a curse depending on the day and the task you are dealing with. She is a masterful editor but if you are feeling vulnerable, her overly direct manner might leave you wincing.
It is easy to become fixated on the things we do not like, the things that annoy or frustrate us, the things that have gone wrong or others just can’t seem to get right.
Instead of allowing our thoughts to spiral downward pause for a moment and ask yourself, if this is wrong what does right look like?
Positive thoughts are like footholds on a climbing wall, until we get used to the path, we need to look for them. One after the other, slowly and steady while we pull ourselves up.
