People’s energies seem to speed up during December, the excitement, the urgency, the preparation and the pressure of it all, culminate in something dizzying if we are not careful. When the moon and the season are in perfect unison, the energies are always heighted, which is an urging to us to be even more aware of our needs and our limits.

This is an ideal week to take a mini break, even if for only an hour, and spend some time alone in a natural environment. Reconnect with the sensation that while the wheel forever turns, it is reliable and dependable in those changes.

Feel the earth beneath your feet, bark or moss beneath your fingers and the cool air across your face and in your hair. Whenever your energy feels like it is moving too fast, all you need do is stand still and let your body guide you back to centre.

Join us next Sunday evening for the following week’s forecast.
