Whether you celebrate Halloween, Samhain, All Souls Day or any other honouring of our ancestors and loved ones at this time of year, it is hard not to appreciate the beauty and gratitude present. It is a time of connection to others and a reconnection to ourselves and to the land we are surrounded by, and this week the moon joins in, gifting us with her growing illumination urging us outward with love.
It is also a time to hold ourselves gently as we think about those recently lost to us and to take time alone to grieve anything or anyone that has left us this last year. Autumn offers us so many opportunities to say goodbye and let go and this week is a potent one.
