Think of this week as similar to sleep, you let go of the day, of the activity, the worries, the commitment and demands. You sink into bed, wrapped in the comfort and safety of your covers. Your body unfurls, your muscles relax, the tension drains away, and your thinking mind relinquishes control.
There is no effort or work, but there is plenty of restoration and healing going on. Emotionally and mentally, your subconscious works through all that has happened, all that you’ve worried about and need to process.
This week allow yourself time to reflect. You made it through the winter and now that spring is here let go to the crone, as you do to sleep. Leave behind all that you need to and rest awhile so you will be ready to start again.
