This week we descend into the dark. The first sliver of the new moon arrives on Friday but until then we will feel the urge to rest and withdraw.
At Imbolc last week our hope for the return of spring was rekindled but just as for the seedlings in the soil, we can be easily damaged if we rush outside before the frost has past. Take time to slow down and stay with your intuition a while longer.
The winter of the cycle is time to ruminate on decisions and while it can often resemble a blank page. Instead of feeling a compulsion to fill it, give yourself permission to enjoy all the potential it holds. The seeds of your intention for the month ahead are born now.
