Evolve Organic Beauty Secrets

“I’ve always been interested in skincare as I actually suffered with my own skin when I was younger, this led me to spend a lot of time researching natural and organic solutions to skin problems. After graduating from Harvard Business School, I helped to set up another green beauty brand called NUDE. I loved being a part of the clean beauty revolution and creating something I was passionate about. After this experience, I decided to take the plunge and create my own natural beauty company, Evolve Organic Beauty (evolvebeauty.co.uk).

SELF-CARE SECRETS

I love enjoying a slow beauty routine at the beginning and end of each day. I use this time to really enjoy all of the different scents and textures as I use my favourite products. This helps to clear my mind at the start of the day and leave me feeling relaxed every evening before I go to bed. I also spend some time each week practicing yoga and pilates, which helps me to feel my best. I always feel energised and positive after a class.

BUSINESS PLANS

I’m really excited about what’s in store for Evolve Beauty next year. We’ve been busy developing lots of new products which we can’t wait to share with everyone in the coming year. We’ve also been working on achieving our COSMOS and Vegan Society certifications, and so we’ll be excited to celebrate achieving these and proudly showcasing the logos on our product labels.”

THREE WAYS TO BE MORE SUSTAINABLE

LESS IS MORE Try not to buy too many products. A good place to start would be to focus on using up all of the products you already own before investing in anything new so that less goes to waste.

CHECK PROVENANCE Then purchase products which you’ll love and use, whilst also thinking about where they came from, whether the packaging is sustainable and which ingredients are used to create them.

CHOOSE ORGANIC I also think it’s really great to shop organically wherever possible.
