We’ve not read this book but this looks suitable for older children - I love Michael Morpurgo’s books.

Paddington Bear by Michael Bond Resource Pack

We love the letter writing activities in this pack that celebrates 60 years of Paddington Bear - there’s lots more good stuff in here and it’s aimed at children aged 5 upwards.

Bears Educator’s Guide

This resource pack from Disney nature is packed with ideas. We used the measurement page where a child can compare the size of their hand to a bear’s paw and the printable bear mask. Lots for older children, aged nine upwards with a focus on geography and conservation too.
