Look at the ingredients in the products you use for yourself and your children. Make sure you understand what they are. It may seem like a boring exercise but your skin is your biggest organ and it can breathe and absorb what it comes into contact with. So much like you wouldn’t eat junk food without the understanding of the risks and awareness that the chemicals can be detrimental to your health we should look at bathroom products in the same way.
