I worked with some farmers when at Dairy Crest to convert to organic and then ran an organic company for 7 years before setting up Roots & Wings Organic.
MY MORNING ROUTINE
I start every day with an energetic swim of 100 lengths, freestyle and backstroke. After breakfast I walk for an hour and then I start work. We eat healthily, cook meals from scratch for lunch and supper and also enjoy eating out. As I swim regularly I use our Roots & Wings Organic Coconut Shampoo and Conditioner which moisturises my hair and every now and then I treat my hair with our Argan Oil Shampoo and Conditioner to give it a good boost. I use soap and Vichy No 1 moisturiser and lots of our Roots & Wings hand wash and hand cream as I always seem to be washing my hands these days!

To continue to grow the Roots & Wings brand, launch some new products and continue to invest in the development of the business.
