We are a family of 3 me ,my husband and 10 year old son based in Congleton, Cheshire.
MY MORNING ROUTINE
I believe in holistic living and sleep is very important to me , i always maintain a bed time routine for the whole family and we are in bed by 8.30pm . A good night sleep is something i never trade for anything. I love exercising and crossfit was my most loved form of structured work outs until 2020 ..After which i enjoy a relaxing walk in the outdoors everyday this is my me time. I dont drink alchohol or any beverages even tea or coffee and i never smoked,I follow a seasonal diet and stay away from processed food and diary because of my autoimmune thyriod condition. I follow simple hair and skin care routine : Cleanse and hydrate everyday and use a light serum overnight as i have breakouts due to menopause. I only wash my hair once a week and do a oil head massage before washing it. I exfoliate my hair and skin once a fortnight and apply mask after wards . And i use only products made my me…i have not bought any cosmetics from past 5 years. I believe in supplements and take magnesium glycinate and zinc picolinate daily along with digestive enzymes .
MY FUTURE PLANS
We are very happy to announce that we are launching our premium organic vegan baby and mother care range by end of this year. Inline with our companies ethos all the products will be 100% natural and unscented and plastic free. We are designing the product packaging in a colourful baby soothing theme with non toxic inks as well know how much babies like putting everything in mouth .
