I live with my twin sons - so never a dull moment! My mum established The Hemp Store in 1999 (so last century!!), to offer natural, quality, sustainable items sourced from the amazing hemp plant. Initially it was clothes and bags but over the past few of years we have hooked up with our great friend Tom, a professional soap maker, and launched our Hemp Bath, Body & Soap Range…and haven’t looked back!

MY MORNING ROUTINE
I love the mornings out here in the Suffolk country. I’m often awoken at 6 am by the sound of hooves on the road as the string of race horses from one of the nearby stables head out for the exercise gallops. Still need my own special coffee to get on track and functioning. Dive into the shower and embrace the lovely aromas from my hemp shower products.Have been enjoying using our new hemp face cream. My breakfast cereal or smoothie is complemented with a sprinkling of tasty and nutritious hemp seeds. Then its down to work. We remain a small family business and the beauty of that is that everyday brings something different!

MY FUTURE PLANS
After starting with just the one hemp shampoo we have been heartened by the positive feedback from our wonderful customers. This feedback has helped us research and launch new hemp based products - from hand wash to hand cream, bodywash to body lotions, a range of 7 fabulous soaps and now a hemp shampoo for dogs! We plan to continue to develop and add to the range. We also plan to have 100% sustainable packaging (now about 99% plastic free and working on the last percent).
