“I want to invite families to explore simple ways to be creative, and foster a spirit of life-long learning with their kids,” explains Nick. “Nature is my favourite artist. I love to make things from scratch, much the way our stone-age ancestors did. I find it so much more fulfilling to use handmade art tools.” He says that kids tend to be more playful and relaxed when they use equipment they’ve made themselves.
