I’m a qualified aromatherapist, holistic therapist and beauty therapist, and ran my own busy holistic therapy practice for 13 years.
After 13 years of performing massages and reflexology I began to get repetitive strain injury on my hands and arms, so decided to use my aromatherapy and beauty skills in a different way. I went on a course to learn about natural skincare formulation, then launched Mrs Frisbee’s All Naturals skincare (mrsfrisbeesallnaturals.co.uk) brand in 2011. Now I can’t imagine doing anything else!
SELF-CARE SECRETS
The best thing you can do for your skin: start on the inside and consider what you put into your body. I eat healthily and drink plenty of water to keep my skin hydrated. I also wear sunscreen daily. I try to take a little ‘me time’ to relax and unwind after a busy day.
BUSINESS PLANS
As well as selling our products in the UK and throughout Europe, we have just started exporting to Singapore.
We will continue to promote our business in the UK, but it really depends on what happens post-Brexit and what trade deals are in place before we decide what’s next elsewhere.
