INGREDIENTS
(makes 2 smoothies)
- 250 g fresh strawberries, hulled (use frozen in winter)
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon (raw) honey
KEEPS FOR 1 day
SUPPLIES blender; bottles
METHOD Add all the ingredients to the blender and mix until creamy. Pour into 1 or 2 bottles and take them to go.
