• 600ml hot water • 4 pitted Medjool dates, or 10 pitted dates, soaked for 4-6 hours • 2 heaped tbsp. almond butter • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder • 1 tbsp manuka honey • 1 tsp ground cinnamon • ½ tsp cayenne pepper • ¼ avocado (optional)
Blend all the ingredients in a blender, pour and enjoy!
