Cayenne pepper stimulates the circulatory system, aids digestion and helps to regulate blood sugar. Just imagine what magic can happen when you marry it with antioxidant and magnesium rich cacao! Just as healthy as it is tasty.

• 600ml hot water • 4 pitted Medjool dates, or 10 pitted dates, soaked for 4-6 hours • 2 heaped tbsp. almond butter • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder • 1 tbsp manuka honey • 1 tsp ground cinnamon • ½ tsp cayenne pepper • ¼ avocado (optional)

Blend all the ingredients in a blender, pour and enjoy!
