Strawberry Cheesecake

Serves 1 adult & 1 child

  • 4 strawberries, hulled
  • 1 banana
  • 25g fine porridge oats
  • 1⁄4 avocado, peeled
  • 1⁄4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cream cheese
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

dairy-free - Swap cream cheese for cashew butter

gluten-free - Use gluten-free oats

A luscious bowl of goodness that is a whole meal in one! Decorate it with slices of banana and strawberry to make it look even more appealing.

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz for 1 minute until smooth.


Lemon & Blueberry

  • 1⁄2 banana
  • 50g blueberries
  • 25g fine porridge oats
  • 60ml kefir or
  • Greek-style yoghurt
  • Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon

dairy-free Swap kefir for coconut yoghurt

gluten-free Use gluten-free oats

Blueberries are incredibly nutritious and full of polyphenols. Combined with bananas and kefir, they make a delicious, thick and creamy smoothie.

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz for 1 minute until smooth.

Storage - Can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for 24 hours, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
