An easy recipe and a healthful alternative to regular fries/chips. Sweet potatoes are naturally high in vitamins A, C and B6 and are also high in Potassium, Manganese and Magnesium. Fantastic for supporting the immune system and healthy bone development.

What you will need:
- 2-3 sweet potatoes
- Salt
- Cumin
- Cajun Spice
- Coconut oil

What to do:
- Chop the potatoes into thick chip shapes (you can either peel them or leave the peel on)
- Rub some coconut oil and a light dusting of salt and spices onto the chips
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 190
- Serve alongside some homemade chicken goujons or chicken nuggets, maybe even a dollop of homemade ketchup!
