Something for the hanging of randomness on our doors and temporary home-ed type displays…  I could use selotape (biodegradeable) but worry about damage to the walls.

Any ideas?

Can you pop up strings (like washing line style) that you could peg the art to?

I use drawing pins but that’s no good if you don’t want to put holes in the walls. Although, I did that once in a rented flat I had and covreed the damage with toothpaste - it dries rock hard and you can felt tip it in to match the walls! wink

Love and light, Rach. x

when i was a teenager i used to stick my posters up with toothpaste (has to be paste not gel) if i had run out of bluetack lol
it works really well (on painted walls). How about getting some cheap clip frames for the walls and just change the pictures in them when you fancy a change.

It’s mostly the door, actually.  We have a string already, but I need to have my list-type-stuff a bit more visible and the door is a good wasted space for me to fill with home-ed bits LOL.  I wonder if pins would work, it’s a cheap council door anyhow…  Thanks all!

Hi I came across this site looking for an alternative to blutack. In the meantime I’ve started using washi tape which I feel is better as I can burn it and you can get lovely patterns.
