Small bear’s helpful pal told him that peach skins are disgusting, super, so I have a great stash to do something with, any favourite recipes anyone? Oh and the same effect has been cast towards the apricots too so I have lots of those. I’m not worried about doing anything to suit the picky one, just have a load I’d like to dispatch in one go xx L

Yeah, peaches make a wonderful smoothie.  Or how about mixing some ground almonds with some agave syrup or honey, pressing into a pie tin or smallish glass roasting tray or some flat bottomed, preferably lowish sided dish, make enough to have about a 1/2 inch layer in the bottom, then slice the peaches and lay on top - you can sprinkle with a little lemon juice and agave syrup if you like or it’s nice without.  Then just dollop out spoonfuls.  It’s divine and you can tell yourself it’s healthy (ish) and the kids that it’s pudding.
