Anyone know if I can wash hemp hotter than 60? I’m stripping nappies ready to yet again try and get back to cloth and planning to hot wash all the cotton and MF ones. I know I can’t do bamboo hotter than 60 but can I put the hemp ones in with the cotton?

I’ve never done it hotter than 60.  I’m not sure why you would need to.  Mostly I washed my nappies in white vinegar and bicarb and they worked really well.

Thanks. I was contemplating doing the cotton ones at 90 and wondered if the hemp would be ok too but I stuck to 60 for all of them. I’m trying to get urine and powder residue out of them as they stink when we used them :( Silly modern washing machine not using enough water to wash, although I’m tricking it now with a very wet towel and small load, so hope it works!
