Hello
I have been a member of the forum for a couple years now but have posted so sporadically that I am sure no one will remember me! I am determined to become a regular poster and have more input in the forum as I take so much from the wise words and advice of the like minded people here.
I am Lauren and I am a 28 year old recently single mama to Hayden who is 7 and Arthur who is 4. We live in Stourbridge in the West Midlands. We are originally home edders with a Waldorf influence but have recently enrolled the boys into the local Steiner school Elmfield after much inner debate and have fallen head over hills in love with it and the community.
We live a conscious, simple, ‘green’ life. I am very interested in cooking, baking, growing food, reading, knitting, felting,  immersing myself in nature and generally being with my boys.

Single mama to a little Steiner family of 3. Living joyfully and trying to our bit for mother earth and to live a sustainable, conscious ‘green’ life.

hello smile

i have some friends who have heir children in the kindergarten at elmfield as well as class 2 xx

Hi, I rarely post either and haven’t been on here for a while but wanted to reply as you’re local lol! I live in Kidderminster, have taken one of my children to the Elmfield parent and child group before. We did attend an open evening and I loved it there too, but unfortunately weren’t able to make the financial commitment with 4 littlies to school. We have home educated one if the older two but currently have one in Reception, keeping an open mind as to what happens in the future! X

Thanks for the replies mamas. Love that there are other local mamas on here I didn’t know about!
