So what is the secret to keeping them together? Mine seem to be getting worse and they end up being eating for breakfast with yoghurt but I know my boys would like to eat them again. Any ideas? Maybe it was the recipe I was using?

I do equal amounts of wet stuff and dry stuff. So, melt 4oz butter with 4oz sugar free jam then stir in 8oz oats before baking.

Never had any problems with it falling apart…

How are you cooking it? An important thing is to *only just* melt your liquidy things, otherwise they start to reduce and you end up with more oats in the mix (as a percentage of overall ingredients) which makes it drier.
