I am a bad mother because…...........

I do not pull out a humungous packet of nasty minging baby wipes everytime my children put anything towards their mouth/touch the floor. Gosh my kids are never going to make it to adulthood!

I am also a bad mother because….....

last week I fed my two potato waffles and fishfingers cos I was having a really bad day and then I hated myself twice as much watching them put them into their mouths.

I am a bad mother because…...

I haven't sent my child off to Playgroup the moment he was old enough for as many morning as I can so that he can have 'fun' and be stretched (??).

I am a bad mother because:

I carry my baby around..where he is all scrunched up and breaking my back! He must be very heavy!

Oh boy, where to start?

I'm a bad mother because .................

I wont let the children play on the Playstation at their granny's house and am spoiling their fun.

I too had my poor baby scrunched up in a nasty sling, poor little mite.

I am not going to have my two-year old Christened although I did get the other ones 'done'.

I home educate the children and so they haven't got any friends like other children have.

I'm having yet another baby.

I don't vacuum the house enough and the washing mountain is higher than most of the children.

I tried my utmost to breastfeed all my children, even though it was obvious that they were hungry and needed SMA.

That's enough to be going with for now.  Has somone rattled your cage Palemintmummy or is it just a guilt purge thing?   wink

I am a bad mother because:

sometimes I don't enjoy spending time with my children and wish they would just stop shouting/arguing/screaming/fighting, just for a few minutes. Because of course, if they do all these things, it's all my fault for brining them up the way I have…

I am a bad mother because….....

I am a bad mother because….....

I don't wash my children's clothes in persil and let my children wear clothes that still have  tomato stains on them.

I still allow my 7 year old to creep into our bed if she needs to.

I don't have a ready supply of chocolate hobnobs in the cupboard like Nanny does!

Blimey I could go on all night I think I will leave it there wink

I am a bad mother because…

I don't let my 17 month old son eat cake/sweets/chocolate/biscuits/crisps and give him fruit to snack on instead

I am continuing to breastfeed him instead of giving him formula or cows milk

I let him sleep in the bed with us so I can attend to him immediately during the night instead of letting him "cry it out"

Yup - the list could go on!  smile

WAHM to two gorgeous boys DS1 (7) and DS2 (4).

Nothing at all to do with this topic, but the Johnson's thing reminded me.  When I was working in a perfume department, one designer make (can't remember which), brought out a perfume for babies.  I couldn't believe it, I wasn't a parent then, but the idea of perfuming your baby seemed so sad.  Since being a mummy (or rather a mammy), there's nothing more delicious than the smell of your own baby, unperfumed and cuddly, who could improve on that?   :-\
