That was a nice surprise when we came home, didn't realise it was that time already!  There are lots of articles which I'm looking forward to sitting down with nice cuppa with!  I was going to save this issue to take on holiday, but can't resist.

Druid, boat-dwelling, home educating mum of DD1 (11), Aspie DS (9) and baby DD2 (2), & part-time step-mum to 2 stepdaughters, 9 and 7.

Mines here too, I didn't think one was due yet either so was a nice surprise!  Now to try and find a bit of peace to enjoy it in…!!

I'm making mine last!  The only article I've read so far is the regular home education column which really struck a chord with what we've been doing at home recently.  Our conversations have led to genetics too and all other subjects connected.  I really enjoy tracing the family tree and have got back to the early 1700s on one side, has anybody got any ideas of how I can involve my children in this, without them getting bogged down.  I've thought about drawing a family tree, but when you get this far back, your talking about a huge piece of paper.  Has anyone done this kind of thing?

I tried to make mine last but I must admit I've already read most of it as it's so good. Fave bits are the gratitude article and hiking.

Holiday here today, bins not emptied and postman not been.  It seems very soon for the new one, but I'm not complaining  wink.  Oh gosh, something to look forward to tomorrow

Tanya

Mine arrived yesterday.  Good job too, as I couldn't get on to the forum at all.  I kept getting a message saying the Green Parent website was unavailable  :(  I missed you all.

Me too - I'd been away for the weekend so I was trying to catch up when it dissappeared :(.  Glad it's back now.
